Not every family needs or wants in-person support, which is why I offer a Virtual Prenatal Doula Support Package. This package is designed to provide personalized guidance and support from the comforts of your home.
Together, we will prepare for your birth by :
Discussing birth options
Creating a birth plan
Educating you and your partner on the birthing process
Holding space for emotional support and questions regarding the current state of your pregnancy and/or postpartum planning
You will receive evidence based information, emotional support, and ongoing encouragement through scheduled virtual meetings and communication between sessions via call/text, helping you feel supported and informed, confident, and ready for the birth experience you envision - no matter where you are.
Price includes three (3) scheduled virtual appointments (60-90 minutes) and call/text support between appointments. Please note that NO in person doula support is included in this package.
