Whether you're recovering from birth, learning your baby's cues, establishing feeding routines, or simply looking for someone to talk through the ups and downs of the postpartum period, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Virtual Postpartum Support includes (but is not limited to):
Newborn Care guidance and resources
Feeding support and resources
Sleep expectations
Emotional encouragement
Helping prepare for the six week postpartum doctor visit
An unbiased, judgment free space to connect about the postpartum period
This package includes three (3) scheduled postpartum video calls (45-60 minutes or longer depending on needs).
